Quite the claim, but we were convinced. Made with White Sea Bass caught earlier that day.

Pretty easy to do indeed, and even better if you have all best ingredients!

If it's done with some fresh White Sea Bass caught in the morning followed by a nice blonde ale, a homemade chile mayo, some shredded cabbage topped with your homespun quickly pickled onion, then you are on the right track!

All these sublimated by a little Salsa Macha also made by yourself.

It's obvious that a Fish Taco like this can bring you all the happiness you need to have a great day...
