Beach Day Ceviche

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 Ibs (0,9 kg) Mahi Fillets
Juice of 4-5 Large Limes
1 Sweet Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Large Tomatoes
1 Large Avocado
1 Ripe Mango
Dash Rice Vinegar
Dash Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper to taste

 

THE RECIPE

1. Cut mahi fillets into 1/2" pieces


2. Cover fish in lime juice, vinegar, and olive oil. Mix together.


3. Chop onion, bell pepper, tomato, avocado and mango into small pieces and mix into bowl with marinating fish.


4. Season with Salt + Pepper to taste and enjoy!
